Classes 

My intention is to assist you to find what works best for you. I usually work with small groups, or give one on one classes so that you can receive personal attention and grow according to the needs of your own body.

Private lessons are a powerful way to practice yoga. "one-on-one or one-on-two". It is possible to join my lessons together with someone else. 

Corporate classes are designed with the needs of your team in mind. The breath and posture are the basics of yoga. Most of us are not aware of how we sit and breathe during the day while sitting and working in front of computers all day long. These lessons are customized to bring awareness into your work life as well as your daily life.

Online classes are also a possibility for those who prefer a home guided practice. Feel welcome to contact me for more information.
